Per Yohan Faulk-J Pinnelli Company-yohan@pinnelli.com(GC) work already complete. The request was not reviewed/approved by ROW. ROW has not reviewed the temporary traffic control proposed for this request and assumes no liability for the traffic control set up.
***Sidewalk fee in lieu has been paid. Receipt has been attached to the permit
Once reactivated Customer is responsible for calling the final inspection. If final inspection fails Customer must apply for a revision and the revision will be followed by a full review process.
